OOTD – Grey meets Blue
Hey everyone!
Right now I’m constantly struggling with my outfits. If I found a combination that works, there’s always one thing, that messes everything up. This can be a cardigan, that’s too long for my winter jacket, a knitted sweater that makes me look like I ate too much ginger bread (I should really get rid of items like this…) or the simple fact that I will for sure be freezing my butt of in this outfit. Is anyone here feeling the same way? If you have the THE solution for this problem, pleaseee help me! (;
Anyway, yesterday was such a cold day and it was so windy outside, this is not the kind of winter weather I like. To keep myself from freezing (or at least making the attempt to do so) I put on lots of warm and especially soft layers, including linen and a cashmere/wool mix. I ended up wearing mostly grey and blue colored clothes and at first I was afraid that I would look a bit sallow, but it actually did work pretty well and there’s nothing a good dose of blush won’t fix. (;
Now let’s take a look at yesterday’s outfit of the day!

Momentan kämpfe ich immer mit meinen Outfits. Wenn ich dann mal eine Kombi gefunden habe, die man so tragen kann, gibt es immer ein Teil, dass die ganze Arbeit zunichte macht. Das kann ein Cardigan sein, der zu lang für meine Winterjacke ist, ein Strickpulli, der mich aussehen lässt, als hätte ich jetzt schon zu viele Lebkuchen gegessen (ich sollte mich von solchen Sachen echt trennen…) oder die simple Tatsache, dass ich mir in dem Outfit den Ar*** abfrieren würde. Geht es hier noch jemandem so? Sollte jemand DIE Lösung schlechthin haben, biiiitte helft mir! (;
Nun ja, gestern war ein sehr kalter Tag und es war total windig, das ist definitiv nicht die Art von Winter Wetter, die ich mag. Um nicht zu frieren (oder zumindest versuchen, es nicht zu tun), trug ich viele warme und vor allem weiche Lagen, unter anderem Leinen und einen Kaschmir/Woll Mix. Am Ende habe ich hauptsächlich graue und blaue Teile gewählt und zunächst war ich etwas besorgt, dass ich ein wenig farblos aussehen könnte, aber es hat dann doch funktioniert und es gibt nichts, was eine gute Dosis Rouge nicht retten könnte. (;
