Trenchcoat time – OOTD

Hey everyone!

Just a small post today, but better than nothing at all, right? (;
I can’t deny it anymore… bye bye summer, hello fall. The leaves begin to change their color, the nights get colder, the sun rises later and it sets earlier. The change of the seasons also means to change your wardrobe. I personally like to cuddle up in lots of layers, which I can easily pull off, if the weather will get warmer during the day. I love cardigans, big scarfs, cashmere pullovers, hoodies and – trenchcoats. They are so timeless, chic, but at the same time you never look like you’re trying too hard. I always dream of a classic Burberry trenchcoat, but they’re not exactly cheap, cough cough. Anyway, about two years ago I bought a trenchcoat at Mango and since then it keeps me warm on days where it’s too cold for my leather jackets but still too warm for a winter coat. As you see, I’m totally in love with it and today was the perfect day to wear it for the first time this fall. I went to the city with my mom for lunch at a variety theater and now I’m going to show you my outfit of the day.

Heute nur ein kurzer Post, aber besser als nichts, oder? (;
Ich kann es langsam nicht mehr leugnen… Tschüss Sommer, hallo Herbst. Die Blätter beginnen ihre Farbe zu ändern, die Nächte werden kälter, die Sonne geht später auf und früher wieder unter. Die sich nun ändernden Jahreszeiten haben zur Folge, dass man auch seine Garderobe ändern muss. Ich persönlich mag es sehr gerne, mich in mehreren Schichten einzukuscheln, die ich leicht ablegen kann, sollte es im Laufe des Tages doch mal wärmer werden. Ich liebe Cardigans, große Schals, Kaschmir Pullover, Hoodies und – Trenchcoats. Sie sind einfach so zeitlos, schick und lässig. Ich träume immer von einem klassischen Burberry Trenchcoat, allerdings sind die nicht gerade billig, hust hust.
Auf jeden Fall habe ich mir vor ca zwei Jahren einen Trenchcoat bei Mango gekauft und seitdem hält er mich warm an Tagen, an denen meine Lederjacken zu kalt sind, es aber trotzdem noch zu warm für Wintermäntel ist. Wie ihr merkt, liebe ich ihn über alles und heute war der perfekte Tag, um ihn zum ersten Mal in diesem Herbst zu tragen. Ich war mit meiner Mama in der Stadt bei einem Lunch in einem Varietétheater und jetzt zeige ich euch mein Outfit of the day.
